AdTracker Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to AdTracker ("we," "our," or "us"), a Shopify App provided by Affidrop LTD. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdTracker application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By installing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AdTracker is a data layer application that facilitates data transfer between Shopify online stores and various advertising platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• To use AdTracker, you must have a valid Shopify store account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Billing and Payments

• Billing for AdTracker is processed through the Shopify platform and is subject to Shopify's billing terms and conditions.
• By subscribing to AdTracker, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
• All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of the service.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• We retain event data for 180 days for analytics purposes and to ensure successful data transmission to third-party services. After this period, data will be removed from our system unless further retention is necessary.
• Upon uninstallation of AdTracker, we will remove all associated data, including integrations and events.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Affidrop LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Affidrop LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
